Nonprofit Status

In August of 2008, The Baby Bryan Foundation, Inc. filed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the State of California. We recently applied for tax-exemption status with the Internal Revenue Service and that status is pending. In the meantime, we would like to point out that although we can receive donations, the deductibility of these charitable donations are contingent upon the IRS approving our application. Upon approval, our tax-exemption status will roll back to the date of incorporation.
